Creating an Administrator User for the Website

An administrator user can be created for the website by going to Content Manager -> Administrators, clicking ‘Add an Administrator’ and entering the first name, last name, username and password for the user.  The user can then login via www.webtemplate.com.au by prefixing their username with the id for the site and a colon. Eg A user with username ‘jane’ and site id of ‘23765’ can log into www.webtemplate.com.au with 23765:jane as their username.

Administrator users will only be able to see a restricted ‘Site Builder’ when they log into WebTemplate. They will only have the ‘View’, ‘Edit’, ‘Meta Tags’ and ‘History’ tabs within Site Builder.
