Overview

Form Builder is used to create Forms to display on the website. It can be found under the Content Manager section in the office.

Forms are built from form fields which are of predefined types (eg Single Line Text, Drop Down Lists, Checkboxes, etc)

Each form may perform one or more of the following actions:

• Store the form submission
• Email the form submission to an address
• Send a thankyou email
• Store the form submission in a particular node type under a certain path in the WebTemplate database
• Create a contact
• Submit to a custom form processing function defined in PHP

If it has been chosen for the form submissions to be stored (the first option), submissions from that form can be viewed in the Form Submissions section under Content Manager.
